Stop eating when you are full & take a walk. Today’s tip is two-fold. Certainly there is nothing wrong with enjoying a little more pie or another helping of yams but keep within your comfort zone. Stop when you are full and do your body and mind a favor. Remember that what you put in your gut has an impact on your brain. Make it a good impact.
Secondly, take a walk. Bundle up and enjoy a brisk 10 minute outdoor walk to energize your body and motivate your brain to release endorphins . Outdoors is best as the sun exposure can elicit some natural Vitamin production to increase feelings of happiness.
